Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and local labor laws.
- Assist senior management in daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and process optimization.
- Act as a liaison between local and international teams, facilitating clear communication in Mandarin and English.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with employment regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Handle conflict resolution and employee grievances with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with exposure to operational support.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) – essential for cross-cultural communication.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
