Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Act as a liaison between local and international teams, facilitating clear communication in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with exposure to operational support.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) – essential for cross-cultural communication.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
