Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive workforce planning initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in talent management.
- Develop and implement HR programs focused on employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, compliance, and best practices in talent development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute initiatives that enhance organizational culture and employee experience.
- Lead HR projects, including change management, workforce restructuring, and diversity & inclusion programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key HR insights and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR business partnering, HR analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements is a plus.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or analytics (e.g., HR Analytics) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote work setting.
