Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top talent to hiring managers.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and aligned with company values.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition events.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, including employee records, onboarding documentation, and compliance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and enhance employer branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance is a plus.
