Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition schemes.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary actions, with a focus on fair and constructive outcomes.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support leadership in strategic HR planning, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
