Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Lead compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
