Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, including payroll and benefits administration.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Lead compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
