Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Organize and attend career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives as needed.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
