In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in streamlining our recruitment processes, from candidate screening to administrative coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Based in the vibrant hub of Canggu, Bali, you’ll collaborate with a global team while enjoying the island’s inspiring work-life balance.

Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
  • Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Organize and attend career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
