Responsibility
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps.
- Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars on change management and leadership development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR training and development.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR training, learning and development, or change management.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Certification in HR or training (e.g., SHRM, ATD) is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
