Responsibility

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transitions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars on change management and leadership development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR training and development.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR training, learning and development, or change management.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Certification in HR or training (e.g., SHRM, ATD) is a plus.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
