Responsibility
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations and company culture.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and optimize processes.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting Samora Groupâs values and culture to potential hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fast-growing or international environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a contract-based role.
- Familiarity with Baliâs job market and local employment regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
