Responsibility

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations and company culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and optimize processes.
  • Enhance employer branding by promoting Samora Group’s values and culture to potential hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in Bali and beyond.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fast-growing or international environment.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a contract-based role.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s job market and local employment regulations is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
