Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Help maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and internal documentation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related communications.
- Provide administrative support for performance management processes, including feedback collection and documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and employee relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or ATS tools (a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or content creation for social media is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
