In this role, you will be the backbone of our HC & GA department, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, employee records, office logistics, and compliance with local regulations. Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Handle payroll administration, benefits coordination, and leave management for all staff.
  • Oversee office logistics, including procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and health/safety standards.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to work.
