Responsibility
- Conduct on-site and off-site recruitment activities to source qualified candidates for various roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive networking, job fairs, and community engagement.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role specifications and recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Stay updated on local labor market trends and competitor hiring practices in Bali.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to hiring and employment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) in field recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring requests.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
