Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks (KPI/OKR) to align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
- Lead annual performance appraisals, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company values.
- Conduct data analysis on workforce metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for organizational improvement.
- Develop and execute talent development programs, including training, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational restructuring or process improvements.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track progress on OD initiatives and present insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on best practices in OD and HR technology to recommend innovative solutions for the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development, HR Business Partnering, or Talent Management.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing KPI/OKR systems and performance appraisal processes.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in HRIS or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in change management and organizational restructuring is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
