Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily HR administrative tasks, including employee records, documentation, and compliance reporting.
  • Administer and monitor attendance, leave, and timesheet systems to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture and operations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and align workforce capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Support HR site operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and resolve employee concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies in all HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the mining, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
  • Proven expertise in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and attendance management software.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HR-related tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
