Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily HR administrative tasks, including employee records, documentation, and compliance reporting.
- Administer and monitor attendance, leave, and timesheet systems to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture and operations.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and align workforce capabilities with organizational goals.
- Support HR site operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and resolve employee concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies in all HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the mining, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
- Proven expertise in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and attendance management software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HR-related tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
