Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day faculty administration, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding processes.
  • Lead faculty recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers.
  • Develop and implement engagement programs to foster a positive and productive faculty environment.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address faculty concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
  • Manage faculty records, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
  • Coordinate faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on faculty-related metrics and initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, institutional policies, and best practices in faculty management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in faculty affairs, academic administration, or human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in faculty recruitment, engagement, and administrative management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in faculty management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with academic institutions or consulting firms is highly desirable.
