Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company goals and local labor regulations in Indonesia.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for diverse roles.
  • Design and manage performance management systems, employee development programs, and career progression frameworks.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and compliant remuneration packages.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by resolving employee relations issues, promoting diversity, and enhancing engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop succession planning strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and international HR best practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
