Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company goals and local labor regulations in Indonesia.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for diverse roles.
- Design and manage performance management systems, employee development programs, and career progression frameworks.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and compliant remuneration packages.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by resolving employee relations issues, promoting diversity, and enhancing engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop succession planning strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, and international HR best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterās degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
