Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Organize and participate in company events and initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
