Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Oversee all aspects of compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with fairness and professionalism.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure the company's HR policies and practices are competitive, ethical, and compliant with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in compliance management, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools to drive strategic HR decisions.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) or compliance (e.g., CCEP) is a plus.
