Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with fairness and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in compliance management, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools to drive strategic HR decisions.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) or compliance (e.g., CCEP) is a plus.
