Responsibility
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across departments.
- Design and develop customized learning programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training materials.
- Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) on topics such as leadership, soft skills, technical competencies, and compliance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and refine programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business goals and KPIs.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and track employee training progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate training and adult learning methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting self-development resources and mentorship programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Moodle, LMS platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
