Responsibility

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with local immigration and labor regulations.
  • Provide comprehensive payroll support, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and dormitory arrangements.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Handle HR administration, including maintaining employee records, contracts, and HRIS updates.
  • Coordinate employee welfare programs and initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in resolving employee grievances and fostering a harmonious workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational or dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, work pass regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; experience with local systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
