Responsibility

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage manpower pooling to ensure a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Facilitate quarterly performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve workplace efficiency and compliance.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Resolve employee concerns and conflicts through effective mediation and communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and employee development programs.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
