Responsibility
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage manpower pooling to ensure a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Facilitate quarterly performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve workplace efficiency and compliance.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Resolve employee concerns and conflicts through effective mediation and communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
