Responsibility
- Compile and analyze HR data using Power Query to generate monthly/quarterly reports.
- Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Automate repetitive processes to improve data accuracy and reduce manual workload.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys or policy updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience with Power Query, Excel, and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Indonesian proficiency is advantageous.
