Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and corporate governance standards.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead office administration and facilities management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Manage corporate affairs, including stakeholder communications, regulatory compliance, and corporate social responsibility programs.
- Drive talent development programs, including training, succession planning, and career growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR policies with business goals and market trends.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven expertise in HR operations, corporate governance, and office administration in a multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and international HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English is required; Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
