Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination for internship and campus programmes.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, onboarding procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with universities and career centers to promote internship opportunities and campus hiring events.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs for new hires and interns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support competitive compensation and benefits analysis.
- Provide administrative support for performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a passion for working with people.
- Familiarity with HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience in recruitment, campus engagement, or administrative HR roles is a plus.
