Responsibility

  • HR Policy Development & Compliance: Draft, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor regulations, including contract management, work permits, and termination procedures, while mitigating legal risks.
  • Performance Management: Support performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and development plans to drive employee growth.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Collaborate with finance teams to oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory contributions (BPJS, tax, etc.).
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and confidential documentation in compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A legal background or certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a strong plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to legal compliance, recruitment, and employee relations. Experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is advantageous.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws (Manpower Law, BPJS, tax regulations) and experience drafting or reviewing employment contracts.
  • HRIS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HR information systems (e.g., BambooHR, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to address HR challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse employee needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
