Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processing in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Conduct regular field visits to various locations in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment, health, and safety.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize development programs for staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and perform fieldwork across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
- Ability to work 6 days a week and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
