Responsibility
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks, such as leave management, benefits administration, and payroll support.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and communications.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration, employee records management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
