Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent in Bali and beyond.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to enhance team performance, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions that drive measurable improvements in sales outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to create compelling employer branding and recruitment campaigns that attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and equipped with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in sales training, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve processes.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales teams, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales recruitment, training, or a combination of both, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective sales training programs that drive performance improvements.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and the ability to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams at all levels.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
