Responsibility

- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide feedback to the HR team.
- Support the HR team in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
