Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Conduct employee orientation and training programs to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through HR initiatives and employee welfare programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
