Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to enhance engagement and performance.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through HR initiatives and employee welfare programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
