Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Oversee general affairs, including office supply procurement, facility maintenance, and vendor negotiations.
- Organize company events, training programs, and team-building activities to boost morale.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multicultural or international work setting is a plus.
