Responsibility
- Process and manage candidate applications received through TTECâs job boards and career portals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate proactively with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms and tracking their performance.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ATS or HR software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for recruitment and a customer-centric approach to candidate engagement.
