Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and generate reports for management review.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and internal communications.
- Ensure office administrative tasks, such as procurement, vendor management, and facility coordination, are executed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
