Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and generate reports for management review.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and internal communications.
  • Ensure office administrative tasks, such as procurement, vendor management, and facility coordination, are executed efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
