Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Help maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and internal communications.
- Assist in performance management processes, including feedback collection and evaluation support.
- Participate in HR policy development and compliance checks under supervision.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in HR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs or Masterâs program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is preferred.
