Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for HQ and outlet staff.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee databases, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as office supplies, vendor contracts, and facility management for HQ and outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards across all locations.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and other administrative tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-service mindset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between outlets in Bali.
