Responsibility
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for multiple clients.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques, job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define role requirements, align on expectations, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a best-in-class candidate journey, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at every stage.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote the employer brand through compelling job descriptions, career pages, and social media engagement to attract top talent.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior-level roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment best practices, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess candidate fit and address recruitment challenges.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in a multicultural or international setting, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
