Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including job postings, social media campaigns, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools to streamline hiring workflows and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews, assessing candidatesâ skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively engaging passive candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the telecommunications, IT, or engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for employer branding and creating a compelling candidate experience.
