Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and internal documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Participate in HR projects such as policy reviews, training programs, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and industry standards to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with people.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and employment laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new HR software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
  • Availability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
