Responsibility

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth integration process for all employees.
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and engagement.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in the Philippines or Indonesia is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
