Responsibility
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth integration process for all employees.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and engagement.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance and support.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in the Philippines or Indonesia is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
