Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, collaborating with finance and external partners.
- Conduct workforce planning and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee relations (preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-service orientation.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or organizational development is advantageous.
