Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Support and Sales roles, managing high-volume hiring pipelines with efficiency and precision.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit, cultural alignment, and technical competencies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance Auctaneâs reputation as a top employer in Bali and beyond.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on high-volume hiring for Support/Sales roles.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Strong understanding of APAC talent markets, with experience hiring in Indonesia or the Philippines a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trust with leadership.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a bonus).
- Data-savvy mindset with experience using recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are advantageous.
