Your expertise in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and employer branding will be instrumental in building a high-performing workforce.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various roles across Bali.
  • Create and publish engaging job advertisements on leading job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, including resume reviews, initial phone screens, and competency-based assessments.
  • Coordinate and administer psychometric tests and technical evaluations to assess candidate fit.
  • Organize and lead interview processes, including panel interviews and behavioral assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and proactively source passive candidates.
  • Provide data-driven recruitment reports and insights to optimize hiring processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a high-volume hiring environment.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for diverse roles, including executive and technical positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with psychometric testing, behavioral interviews, and other assessment methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must; additional languages are a plus.
