Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data Scientists) using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs using ATS and CRM tools.
- Conduct technical screening calls to assess candidatesâ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Promote CoDevâs employer brand through compelling job postings, social media, and recruitment events.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates).
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary data, and competitive hiring practices in the tech space.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar HR/recruitment role, preferably in the IT/software development industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring best practices (e.g., coding assessments, behavioral interviews).
- Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup while collaborating with global teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
- Familiarity with Boolean search, X-ray searching, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
