As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to drive ViTrox’s continued growth and success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, develop strategic recruitment plans, and execute full-cycle recruiting processes. Responsibility
- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technical, managerial, and executive roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, requirements, and selection criteria.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting ViTrox’s culture, values, and career opportunities through various channels.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of successful full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior-level positions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS) and interview techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
