We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized intern to support our HR team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, with a special focus on foreign worker compliance and workforce coordination. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multinational environment while contributing to critical HR operations.

Based in Kuta, Badung, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of HR processes, labor regulations, and cross-cultural workplace management. Whether you’re assisting with onboarding, processing work permits, or maintaining employee records, your role will be integral to ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations.

Responsibility

  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including foreign workers, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Support the processing of work permits, visas, and other legal requirements for international employees.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and external partners to ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, including offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, orientations, and team-building activities.
  • Conduct initial screening of job applicants and assist in recruitment processes as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and report generation.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and employment regulations (training will be provided).
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
