Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs for employees at all levels, including leadership development.
- Oversee the Learning Academy’s operations, ensuring seamless program delivery and participant engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Leverage technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training accessibility and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, using data to refine programs and demonstrate ROI.
- Mentor and coach trainers and facilitators to maintain high standards of instructional quality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
