Responsibility
- Lead and execute full-cycle technical recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active IT candidates.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
- Represent the company at tech events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance employer branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment, with a focus on IT and tech roles.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, roles, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
