Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, orientation, probation tracking, and exit clearances, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary disbursements, tax deductions, and statutory contributions, in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, from job postings to interviews and offer negotiations, to attract top talent.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and leave management, using HRIS or other digital tools.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs, organizing workshops or programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including BPJS, tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a generalist or senior capacity.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, compliance, and employee relations, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions (e.g., BPJS, PPh 21).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or payroll management are a plus.
