Responsibility
- Represent Staffinc Group at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry conferences in Bali, ensuring a professional and engaging booth presence.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for clients across various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and execute employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in Bali’s job market.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and client satisfaction, to optimize performance.
- Assist in organizing and promoting recruitment events, including webinars, workshops, and networking sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment booths, events, or job fairs, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Passion for recruitment, talent development, and employer branding, with a keen eye for identifying top talent.
