Responsibility

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees across Sambu Group’s diverse business units.
  • Design and execute career development programs, including succession planning, leadership training, and performance management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and create targeted upskilling or reskilling initiatives.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback loops, and culture-building activities to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Analyze workforce data (e.g., turnover rates, promotion trends) to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage employer branding efforts, including social media campaigns, job fairs, and university partnerships to strengthen Sambu Group’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all talent management processes.
  • Mentor and coach HR team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management, HR generalist roles, or organizational development, preferably in a multinational or large-scale enterprise.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing talent development programs, such as leadership training, succession planning, or performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) or talent management are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
