Responsibility
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process HR documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all employees.
- Support the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with HRIS or recruitment software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
